Members of Old Fort Baptist Church and their familes may check out media according to library procedures. Others may do so upon completion of an information sheet. Books (2) may be checked out for 2 weeks, with the option to renew unless there is a waiting list. Video cassettes (3) may be checked out for 1 week. No fines are collected for overdue media, but users are expected to return media on time. Users are also responsible for reimbursement of lost or damaged media. If you are borrowing materials from the church library and have not completed an information card for the files, please do so. If you've had a change of address, phone number, or email please complete an updated card. The following information is required:
